Midwood Park
Midwood Park was built by John R. Corbin in 1908. It is the only neighborhood in Victorian Flatbush with houses that repeat and the first mass-produced houses. He used an assembly line of sorts, constructing prefabricated pieces in a factory and putting them together in different ways on site. He claimed that he could build 1000 houses in a year.
