    a. Land Use – ULURP remains suspended;
    b. Committee of the Whole: The board’s position with respect to meetings and public hearings on issues and/or actions which may require a vote during the summer months, is to hold these items over to September. The board will convene virtually should there be an item that requires a vote, in which case it is recommended that the board vote on a resolution empowering a “Committee of the Whole” to take action on behalf of the full board. This enables the board to satisfy its quorum requirement during the summer months. This motion is being enacted one month earlier than usual as per the City’s and State’s social distancing guidelines and prepares the Board for the challenges of meeting quorum requirements prior to being able to assemble.

Any member of the public who wishes to provide information after the deadline can still email it after 12 noon and it will be added to the May Minutes as an addendum. Relevant materials such as flyers and links will be added to the CB14 website as appropriate.)
