Fall Leaf Collection
Posted on: www.cb14brooklyn.com |
The NYC Department of Sanitation has announced two special leaf collection dates: Saturdays, November 11th & November 25th, 2017.
Instead of letting your leaves rot in a landfill, help DSNY turn them into compost! Residents should put leaves out at the curb after 4 PM on the two special pick-up dates in either in a paper lawn & leaf bag, or in an open, unlined container. The NYC Department of Sanitation will start collecting your leaves the next day. All leaves collected on special leaf pick up dates will be composted.
