The Excluded Workers Fund (EWF) is a New York state initiative that will provide a one-time payment (Tier 1: $15,600 pre taxes; Tier 2: $3,200 pre taxes) to workers who lost income between March 27, 2020 and April 1, 2021, and were excluded from state Unemployment Insurance and federal Pandemic Unemployment Assistance.
