NYS Excluded Workers Fund

The Excluded Workers Fund is now open! The Excluded Workers Fund (EWF) is a New York state initiative that will provide a one-time payment (Tier 1: $15,600 pre taxes; Tier 2: $3,200 pre taxes) to workers who lost income between March 27, 2020 and April 1, 2021, and were excluded from state Unemployment Insurance and federal Pandemic Unemployment Assistance. Applications are open at You may use a mobile device or computer to submit your application, which is available in 13 different languages.
