SPECIAL PERMITAn application for a Special Permit has been filed with the Board of Standards and Appeals (BSA), pursuant to §73-622 of the Zoning Resolution of the City of New York, to enlarge single or two-family detached or semi-detached residence within the designated R-2 district bounded by Avenue I, Nostrand Avenue, Kings Highway, Avenue O and Ocean Avenue in Community Board 14 in the Borough of Brooklyn.

Affordable/Supportive Housing Project ProposalThe Doe Fund Inc. with a partner, Crystal Ball LLC, is seeking a Letter of Support from Community Board 14 to develop a 115 unit affordable/supportive housing project to be located on Rogers Avenue, between Farragut Road and Foster Avenue. The eight (8)-story project will contain 80,000 square feet and consist of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and parking for 40 vehicles. The target population will be a combination of low income families from the community and formerly homeless individuals with recommendations from Human Resources Administration. New York City Department of Housing, Preservation and Development will provide principal funding.
