NEW PRIMARY SCHOOL: New York City School Construction Authority and the New York City Department of Education submitted a proposal for a new Primary School to be located within Community District 14, Community School District 22. The new, approximately 456-seat, primary school facility will be located on the west side of Ocean Avenue. The proposed site contains a total of approximately 16,800 square feet (0.38 acres) of lot area.
