7:00 PM – PUBLIC HEARING – With respect to the City’s Preliminary Budget Statement and Register of Budget Requests for Fiscal Year 2014. (Documents regarding this proposed school construction from the Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget are available for review by CLICKING THIS LINK, as  well  as  at  the  CB14  Office on  the  evening  of  the  public  hearing).

 NEW PRIMARY SCHOOL: New York City School Construction Authority and the New York City Department of Education submitted a proposal for a new Primary School to be located within Community District 14, Community School District 22. The new, approximately 456-seat, primary school facility will be located on the west side of Ocean Avenue. The proposed site contains a total of approximately 16,800 square feet (0.38 acres) of lot area.
