Flatbush Rezoning Update

Community Board 14 has learned that the City Planning Commission voted in favor of the Flatbush rezoning plan as submitted. The next and final step in the process is adoption by the New York City Council. The Council’s hearing is scheduled for July 27, 2009. More details will be posted as they become available.
