Please be advised that, due to work for the Brighton Line Rehabilitation Project, Avenue L between East 15th Street and East 17th Street is closed to vehicular traffic, so please consider this as you plan your trip to the meeting tonight. The entrance to the meeting this evening will be on East 17th Street, not Avenue L as usual.

Please Note: There will be no public discussion on any matter on which a public hearing was previously held
